Four Important Parts of LED Round Chandelier Light

The structure of LED ring chandelier light can be divided into four main parts: substrate, LED chip, shell and power supply.
1. Outer Shell
The outer shell is the outer packaging of the LED disc light, which can protect the LED chip and beautify it. The casing also connects the circuit and LED panel so they can work properly.
The aluminum shell is a shell made of aluminum alloy material, which is lightweight, beautiful, and corrosion-resistant. Its main function is to protect the internal circuit and LED chip of the disc lamp, and at the same time it also plays a role in heat dissipation to ensure the stable operation of the disc lamp.
The aluminum shell has good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, which can effectively conduct the heat generated by the LED chip away, ensuring the stability and life of the LED lamp. The aluminum shell also has good corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and can adapt to various harsh environmental conditions.
The manufacturing process of aluminum shells usually includes cutting, forming, drilling, and surface treatment of aluminum alloy materials. Surface treatment can use processes such as spraying and oxidation to increase the aesthetics and corrosion resistance of the shell.
The aluminum shell has better thermal conductivity and strength, which can effectively reduce the operating temperature of the disc lamp and extend its service life. In addition, aluminum materials also have good processing properties and plasticity, and can be customized for production and processing according to customer needs.
2. Aluminum PCB
Aluminum plate is a metal-based copper-clad laminate with good heat dissipation function. Generally, a single panel is composed of a three-layer structure, namely circuit layer (copper foil), insulation layer and metal base layer.
LED circuit board is a circuit board used to control LED lights, usually made of PCB (Printed Circuit Board, printed circuit board). It has many pins and circuits that can convert electrical energy into light energy to achieve LED light emitting.
LED circuit boards are widely used in various LED lamps, such as LED bulbs, LED downlights, LED flat lights, etc. It is an important part of LED lamps and has an important impact on the performance and quality of LED lamps.
Aluminum-based PCB is a special PCB with excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties.
3. LED Chip
The LED chip is the core part of the LED disk light. It is made of semiconductor materials and can convert electrical energy into light energy. At present, the two lamp bead models we use more frequently are 2835 and 3030. Different lamp bead brightness is available, and customized services can be provided according to customer needs.
4.Power Supply
The power supply is the energy source of the LED disc light. It is responsible for converting alternating current or direct current into voltage and current that the LED chip can use.
LED Power supplies are divided into dimming version and non-dimmable version.Customers can also choose different brands of LED power supplies according to their own needs. Philips and Ledfriend power supplies are both good choices.
In the process of making LED lights.First, LED chip needs to be fixed on the aluminum plate, usually by welding or pasting.Then, the housing is mounted on the substrate to protect the LED chips and circuitry.Finally, connect the power supply to the LED chips so they can work properly.
