CIE (International Commission on Illumination) Indoor Office Lighting Requirements

CIE (International Commission on Illumination) has following requirements for indoor lighting, especially indoor office lighting:

1. Visual comfort:

It is required that the light distribution, brightness, color temperature and other parameters of lighting can provide workers with a comfortable working environment.

2. Visual effectiveness:

Lighting is required to ensure that workers can complete visual work quickly and accurately under any conditions, including reading, writing, computer work, etc.

3. Visual safety:

Brightness distribution

Light color

Lighting equipment should avoid flickering as this may cause eye strain.

Natural light

Making full use of natural light is an effective strategy that can reduce energy consumption and protect the environment.

Maintain

Maintenance of lighting equipment is also an important factor. Good maintenance can ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment.
