R&D Department

In 2023, the R&D department will focus on new commercial lighting and release a total of 20 new product projects. Realize the multi-scenario commercial application of new commercial lighting products, and try to open up the intelligent lighting market, enter the intelligent era, and explore the infinite possibilities of intelligent lighting.

Engineering Department

In order to cooperate with the smooth implementation of research and development of new products, the engineering department establishes and improves product process operation methods and formulates process procedures.

Foreign Trade

Participate in international exhibitions in the lighting industry, further expand the market to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, etc., increase foreign trade marketing and promotion efforts, and optimize Google promotion. At the same time, the new website and new catalog will be displayed in front of foreign B-side customers.

Production Department

Through the scheduling of different groups, the production department improves efficiency and achieves common production goals without increasing production lines. In order to meet the order arrangement, different product groups are often cross-scheduled, resulting in high operating efficiency and fast delivery.

Quality Control Department

In terms of controlling supplier quality in 2023, the Quality Department will complete the verification of important suppliers in accordance with the supplier audit plan, and continue to supervise and improve the problems found. Through data comparison, the defective rate of incoming structural parts inspection has dropped compared with 2022, achieving quality improvement.
